For some reason this movie just seemed to brush by my collective friends who ARE film enthusiasts and not a single one mentioned how wonderful this film was, despite having Brad Pitt and Casey Affleck. Yes, I have my reservations about both of them, but I can say in earnest that Casey Affleck has surprised me recently, but I must admit, I only possessed these reservations because of his brother. Brad is a hit-miss actor. When he's "hot," he is on fire. You will know when he's in his element and Jesse James is his element. Watch it. It's long, but freakin' watch it.
Nuff said.

oo! i've never heard of it, but now i want to see it! especially since jesse james is in my family tree. the james & youngers were cousins going way back on my moms side.
hows the boyfriend-moving-out thing going? you hanging in there?
Are all assassins cowards? Perhaps they open themselves up to that accusation with their surreptitiousness. It may make us feel better to feel that a "coward" has killed a "hero." But is it really so? Are not some assassins just ruthless, efficient killers?
